Cancellation Policy

We get it. Life happens! If you need to cancel your booking, please give us a call at 250.374.6655 or send us an email at kamloopspaintball@gmail.com 

Due to rising business costs, Kamloops Paintball Games will be changing its cancellation/refund policy effective June 1, 2023. 

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the booking date, will receive a full refund minus processing fees. 

Cancellations made less than 7 days, but more than 48 hours, will receive field credit, less processing fees, to be used before the end of the current calendar year. 

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date are non-refundable. 

Cancellation Policy for Groups Over 25 Players

Due to the nature of this type of booking, we can't offer refunds for cancellations, or changes to the number of players, made within 1 week of the event.
